AFPT's standard foaming system is a non-“CFC” polyol blend mixed with Diphenylmethane Diisoncyanate (MDI) which is used for moulding, insulation, packaging, buoyancy and other void-filling and block requirements. AFPT use Australian Standard 1366.1-1992 - Rigid cellular sheets for Thermal Insulation as a benchmark for manufacture. It is our aim to ensure that the quality and consistency of our product continually exceeds the requirements of our customers and the Australian Standard.
AFPT is one of the few manufacturers of rigid polyurethane foam in Australia that is certified to the tough international standard of BS EN ISO 9001-1994. AFPT is third party certified by Bureau Veritas Quality International. It is our aim to provide high performance products that add value to our clients' business. We aim to provide a better product in an efficient, friendly manner.
